1) PIC with one trapped, vehicle in question struck a police vehicle on a routine traffic stop. 2) Two vehicle PIC, one trapped in each vehicle on Briggs Chaney Rd in Silver Spring. Units from Montgomery, Howard and Prince Georges County responded.
